On the afternoon of July 20, the provincial delegation led by Mr. Hoang Xuan Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, offered flowers and incense at the Quang Uyen Martyrs' Cemetery (Quang Hoa). Also present were the Department of Planning and Investment, the Provincial People's Committee Office, and Quang Hoa district.
Quang Uyen Martyrs' Cemetery is the eternal resting place of 465 martyrs who were cadres and soldiers who fought bravely and sacrificed for the cause of national liberation, for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland, for a prosperous and happy life for the people.
In a respectful and solemn atmosphere, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Xuan Anh and the delegation respectfully offered flowers and incense in front of the altar, taking a minute of silence to express their respect and deep gratitude to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.
In order to commemorate the merits of heroes, martyrs, and people with meritorious services to the revolution, in recent years, the work of repaying gratitude in the province has been carried out effectively, becoming a regular and widespread activity in the whole society. Through practical activities, it contributes to better care for the material and spiritual life of war invalids , sick soldiers, families of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution. Many monuments and memorial works of martyrs' cemeteries have been built, renovated and renovated; the lives of war invalids , sick soldiers and relatives of martyrs and people with meritorious services to the revolution have been increasingly improved; Vietnamese Heroic Mothers are cared for and supported.
