On the morning of May 13, Comrade Le Duy Thanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee visited and worked at Solum Vina Company Limited, Ba Thien 2 Industrial Park, Binh Xuyen District. Accompanying him were leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors of the province.
Established in 2016, Solum Vina Co., Ltd. is a 100% Korean-invested enterprise with a total capital of 20 million USD. The company specializes in manufacturing Module Power products - providing power for electronic products and electronic price boards replacing conventional paper price tags.
Since its inception, Solum Vina has created stable jobs for nearly 3,000 workers, with an average annual revenue increase of 34%. In 2022, Solum Vina achieved revenue of 1.3 billion USD, striving to reach 2.2 billion USD in 2023. It is expected that in the last 6 months of 2023, Solum Vina will launch the production of a number of new products such as: car chargers; smart lighting; car batteries... to meet market demand, in line with the investment attraction orientation and contribute to the development of the electronic support industry manufacturing industry in the province.
At the meeting, the members of the delegation discussed the outstanding advantages of the new products expected to be put into production by Solum Vina. At the same time, they proposed solutions to overcome difficulties and obstacles in business and production activities as well as strategies to develop new products of Solum Vina in the coming time.
Speaking at the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duy Thanh highly appreciated the development of Solum Vina Company Limited in recent years. He affirmed that Vinh Phuc will always create the most favorable conditions for the company to continuously develop. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duy Thanh hopes that Solum Vina will accompany Vinh Phuc, especially in the field of high-tech vocational training. Accordingly, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duy Thanh suggested that Solum Vina Company Limited coordinate with Vinh Phuc Vocational College to annually train skilled workers in the high-tech field for the province.
Regarding the annual training of high-quality human resources, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that Solum Vina Company Limited will pay more attention so that more Vinh Phuc workers can participate in training courses. Affirming that Vinh Phuc is very ready for Solum Vina to build a high-tech research and development center in the locality, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Duy Thanh hopes to have a meeting and work with the Chairman of Solum Vina Company Limited in the near future.
