Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh, along with delegates and people of Trung Hong residential area, Dien Chau commune, reviewed the 95-year history of building and growing of the VietnamFatherland Front ( VFF); and re-evaluated the implementation of patriotic emulation movements and campaigns of cadres and people of Trung Hong residential area.
Trung Hong Hamlet was established on the basis of merging Trung Thanh and Hong Yen Hamlets, with a total area of 3 km². The whole hamlet currently has 410 households, 2,100 people, divided into 18 self-governing groups. The people's production and business sectors are diverse and rich, including: Seafood fishing 10%; seafood processing 20%; services - trade 20%; dry rice paper production 20%; other industries 30%. Thanks to promoting the potential and advantages of the locality, people's lives are stable and increasingly developing. The average income per capita is estimated at 70 million VND/person/year; in the hamlet there are 02 poor households (accounting for 0.0048%), 07 near-poor households (accounting for 0.017%).
