The National Great Unity Festival of the Na Phat - Na Khan residential area took place in 2 parts: the ceremony and the festival.
At the Festival, the representative of the Head of the Inter-residential Front Work Committee reviewed the 95th anniversary of the Vietnam Fatherland Front's Traditional Day (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), emphasizing: National Great Unity is a precious tradition of our nation, especially valued by our Party and State. The organization of the National Great Unity Festival in residential areas in recent years has become a beautiful tradition, bringing the Front's work back to the community, towards each family and each person...
The purpose of the Festival is to build, consolidate and promote the people's mastery; strengthen the strength of the Great National Unity and enhance the role of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in the new period. The results of the Festival will bring spiritual values, enrich the revolutionary will, honor the strength of the community, contribute to the successful implementation of political tasks, economic, cultural and social development of each village, hamlet, residential group, residential area... in the province. Celebrating the 95th anniversary of the Traditional Day of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (November 18, 1930 - November 18, 2025), this year's Great National Unity Festival has an even more special meaning when the whole Party, the whole people, the whole army are joining hands, unanimously competing to achieve achievements to welcome the 13th National Congress of the Party; implementing the Resolution of the Party Congresses at all levels...
Representing the residential area, the Party Cell Secretary - Head of Na Phat Village reported on some socio -economic features in the residential area. Accordingly, in 2025, along with the general results of the province, the people of Na Phat - Na Khan residential area always promote the spirit of solidarity, creativity, uphold the will of self-reliance and self-improvement in labor, production, life and achieve many remarkable achievements.
The entire inter-zone has 167 households with 806 people, the rate of poor and near-poor households has decreased significantly compared to previous years; over 92% of households have achieved the title of "Cultural Family". People in the villages are always united, diligent, creative in economic development, maintaining security and order, preserving national cultural identity, actively responding to the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas".
People mainly produce agriculture (rice, corn, vegetables, livestock, forestry) combined with small services and gradually form culinary tourism spots, contributing to local economic development... The lives of the people in the two villages are increasingly improving, with an average income of over 45 million VND/person/year.
Speaking to encourage the people of the two residential areas, comrade Le Van Luong - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, summarized some of the socio-economic results of the province in 2025. Despite many difficulties, with the drastic direction of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee and the consensus of the people, Lai Chau province continues to achieve many outstanding results. GRDP in the first 9 months of 2025 is estimated at 12,350 billion VND, up 8.53% over the same period; budget revenue in the area reached 2,837 billion VND, up more than 37%. The fields of trade, services, and agriculture maintained growth momentum; many effective production models were replicated, contributing to increasing people's income.
Cultural and social work has many positive changes, cultural and sports activities are organized enthusiastically; social security and poverty reduction have achieved important results. In particular, the program to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses in 2025 (phase I) was completed 2 months ahead of schedule with 7,161 houses completed - a vivid demonstration of the spirit of solidarity and mutual love of the Party Committee, government and people of the whole province.
Along with the general results of the province, on behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Luong praised the results that the Party Committee, the government, the Front and People's Committee of the two villages have achieved in the past time. At the same time, he hoped that the Party Committee and the government of Binh Lu commune and the residential area of Na Phat - Na Khan would continue to promote the tradition of solidarity, innovate working methods, improve the effectiveness of propaganda and mobilization work, consolidate the great national unity bloc, and arouse the strength of consensus in the community.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee called on organizations, unions and individuals in the area to continue to pay attention, support and create conditions for the people of the two villages to promote their potential and strengths, replicate effective production models, take care of people in difficult circumstances, contribute to building increasingly prosperous and civilized residential areas, and actively contribute to the overall development of Binh Lu commune and Lai Chau province.
On this occasion, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts to 20 prestigious people in the Na Phat - Na Khan residential area, Binh Lu commune. The People's Committee of Binh Lu commune recognized the title of cultural family for 84 families and awarded Certificates of Merit to 8 typical cultural households in the Na Phat - Na Khan residential area.
