Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tri Quang visits and extends New Year greetings to former leaders of Military Region 9.

On the morning of February 11th, Comrade Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - led a delegation to visit and extend New Year greetings to former leaders of Military Region 9 on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026. These comrades are natives of Vinh Long province and are currently residing in Can Tho City.

On the morning of February 11th, Comrade Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - led a delegation to visit and extend New Year greetings to former leaders of Military Region 9 on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026. These comrades are natives of Vinh Long province and are currently residing in Can Tho City.

Comrade Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited Major General Nguyen Van Nghia - former Deputy Head of Political Affairs of Military Region 9.

Accordingly, Comrade Tran Tri Quang visited Major General Nguyen Van Nghia - former Deputy Head of Political Affairs of Military Region 9; the family of Major General Pham Van Chua - former Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 9; and Major General Le Xa Hoi - former Deputy Commander of Military Region 9.

Comrade Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited the family of Major General Pham Van Chua - former Deputy Political Commissar of Military Region 9.

Comrade Tran Tri Quang - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, visited Major General Le Xa Hoi - former Deputy Commander of Military Region 9.

During his visits, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Tran Tri Quang cordially inquired about the health of the former leaders and expressed his deep gratitude for their important contributions to the revolutionary cause throughout various periods. He also extended his best wishes to the former leaders for a joyful, warm, prosperous, and happy Lunar New Year.

Former leaders expressed their delight at the attention shown by the leaders of Vinh Long province; they are confident that with the leadership and management of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee, Vinh Long will continue to develop in a breakthrough, prosperous, and civilized manner in the new period.
