Focus on theoretical work and building Tuy Hoa human culture

Tuy Hoa City Party Committee has just held a conference to summarize 10 years of implementing Resolution 33-NQ/TW, dated June 9, 2014 of the Party Central Committee (11th tenure) on building and developing Vietnamese culture and people to meet the requirements of sustainable national development and 10 years of implementing Resolution 37-NQ/TW, dated October 9, 2014 of the Politburo (11th tenure) on theoretical work and research orientation to 2030.

Regarding Resolution 33-NQ/TW, after 10 years of implementation, the city has achieved many outstanding results. By the end of 2023, Tuy Hoa City has achieved and exceeded 5/7 targets in the cultural field. The work of preserving, inheriting and promoting the nation's fine traditional cultural values has received special attention.

The movement “All people unite to build a cultural life” associated with the implementation of the model “Self-managed roads, alleys, residential areas” and the movement “Building new rural areas and civilized urban areas” has gradually gone into depth. Cultural institutions and grassroots sports activities have increasingly promoted their effectiveness…

Regarding Resolution 37-NQ/TW, the City Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Party committees at all levels always skillfully implement the three major principles of theoretical work in the new period; attach importance to building a democratic environment along with promoting the responsibility of organizations and individuals in political theory research activities, strictly implementing regulations on speaking within the Party and in society.

Every year, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee concretizes topics on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle in accordance with the local situation...

At the conference, leaders of units and localities reported and discussed to clarify existing problems and limitations and proposed and recommended solutions to focus on removing difficulties, continuing to deploy and effectively implement Resolution 33-NQ/TW and Resolution 37-NQ/TW.

Concluding the conference, Tuy Hoa City Party Secretary Huynh Lu Tan requested that party committees at all levels, authorities, localities and units continue to comprehensively deploy groups of tasks related to the cultural field and cultural construction, focusing on building Tuy Hoa into a friendly and hospitable tourist city.

The City Party Secretary also requested that Party committees at all levels, authorities, localities and units focus on raising awareness and responsibility of all levels, sectors, cadres and Party members about the role, significance and importance of theory and theoretical research work; regularly study and flexibly and creatively apply the Party's policies to the specific conditions and circumstances of their localities and units.
