Strengthen training

In recent times, the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province has implemented many programs, seminars, and training courses on management and quality measurement assurance. In particular, the department has organized a Training Conference on product and goods traceability in 2025 for officials of departments, branches, People's Committees of communes and wards, and enterprises, cooperatives, and OCOP subjects (One Commune One Product Program) in the province; and a Conference on Guidance on establishing and maintaining quality productivity clubs at colleges in the province.

The training course on product and goods traceability organized by the Department of Science and Technology recently focused on providing guidance on connecting to the national product and goods traceability information portal; how to build and apply a product and goods traceability system in accordance with regulations; technological solutions to support the building and application of a product and goods traceability system, etc.

“The facility hopes that departments, branches, and localities will continue to strengthen activities and programs to support businesses and OCOP entities to participate in training programs and foster knowledge about brands, quality standards, and integration knowledge. In particular, focusing on groups of topics suitable for the integration trend and technology application for businesses; it is necessary to connect and deploy training programs in the form of socialization with in-depth, specific content for each group of products... to improve the effectiveness of supporting businesses and local production facilities" - Mr. Ngo Thanh Long shared more.

In addition, there are also training courses to improve professional skills for commune and ward level officials and civil servants in the province in the field of quality measurement standards according to the regulations on the division of authority of local authorities at 2 levels in the field of state management of the Ministry of Science and Technology; training courses to improve professional skills and knowledge on quality measurement management in the business of gold jewelry and fine arts...

Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology Trinh Thi Hoa shared: The implementation of these training activities aims to help grassroots officials grasp legal regulations, properly perform assigned functions and tasks, and at the same time improve professional capacity and expertise in state management of measurement and product and goods quality. This is an extremely meaningful and necessary activity in the context that the Government has clearly defined the authority of local authorities at two levels in the field of quality measurement standards.

Sustainable development is an inevitable trend of the times, and is also a key orientation in the socio-economic development strategy of the country in general and of Dong Nai province in particular.

Organizing training courses on traceability for local products and goods is of great significance, helping managers, businesses and related organizations and individuals to raise awareness, update knowledge, grasp new legal regulations and effectively apply the traceability system in practice.
