The Party Committee of Ia Sao 2 Coffee Company is directly under the Party Committee of Vietnam Coffee Corporation and currently has 80 party members. In 2025, the Company's Party Committee focused on comprehensively leading and directing all aspects of work, maintaining its role as the political core and guiding the unit's production and business activities, thereby achieving many positive results.
According to the report presented at the conference, in 2025, the company achieved revenue of VND 313.6 billion, equivalent to 223% of the plan assigned by the General Corporation and an increase of 91.22% compared to 2024; pre-tax profit reached VND 17.3 billion, equivalent to 24% of the plan; and contributed VND 5.6 billion to the State budget.
The company currently manages 463.8 hectares of coffee plantations under contract farming, with 100% of the area cared for by contracted laborers. Thanks to the strong application of scientific and technical advancements and the implementation of a replanting program using new varieties, the average coffee yield reached 18.72 tons of fresh fruit per hectare; the total fresh coffee fruit production reached 8,685 tons, a 9% increase compared to the planned target. All benefits and policies for employees, such as social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance, are fully implemented according to regulations. Ia Sao 2 Coffee Company continues to affirm its position as one of the leading high-yielding coffee plantations of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation, making a significant contribution to the coffee export revenue of Gia Lai province and the whole country.
In addition, the company focuses on linking production with ensuring social welfare, improving the lives of workers, actively participating in building new rural areas, and contributing to local socio-economic development.
In 2026, the Company's Party Committee will focus on leading the effective implementation of intensive cultivation and care of contracted coffee plantations according to sustainable coffee standards RA and 4C; replanting, renovating, and rejuvenating orchards at a rate of 5-7%/ha; strengthening pest and disease control, and maintaining stable productivity and output. The Company strives to achieve a revenue of 150 billion VND, a profit of 8 billion VND; a total fresh coffee fruit production of 8,100 tons, with an average yield of 17.5 tons/ha.
Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Ngo Hung, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Ia Sao 2 Coffee Company, emphasized: In 2026, the Company's Party Committee is determined to make Ia Sao 2 one of the exemplary coffee production units of the Vietnam Coffee Corporation, associated with building a specialty coffee raw material area and participating more deeply in the sustainable coffee value chain of Gia Lai.
