No violations have been detected in the implementation of the regime for students participating in A80.

Accordingly, in response to questions from students and feedback from a number of press agencies and social media channels, Hanoi College of Tourism held a meeting with specialized departments and divisions to review the contents related to feedback from a number of students on the payment of allowances for the A80 event. Through the review meeting, the school has not discovered any violations in the implementation of the policies for students participating in the A80 event.

Previously, on December 1, Hanoi College of Tourism held a public dialogue with students to answer all questions related to the training regime and payment for the participants of the Art Puzzle Block at the A80 event. At the dialogue, the school's Principal answered the students' concerns and provided all relevant documents in the spirit of openness - transparency - putting students' interests first in all school activities.

Regarding the allowance regime for students participating in serving the A80 event: Implementing Decision No. 3592/QD-BVHTTDL dated October 9, 2025 of the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism on approving the adjustment of the budget for the task of mobilizing and organizing forces to participate in the Artistic Formation Block at the Ceremony, Parade, and March of the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day September 2 with the following expenses: 17 practice sessions (60,000 VND/session); 3 preliminary and final rehearsal sessions (180,000 VND/session); 2 official sessions (200,000 VND/session; evening of September 1 and morning of September 2). The total allowance for 1 student is 1,960,000 VND.

During the training period, the school advanced the meal expenses for the participating students: 11 days, 40,000 VND per day (1 main meal and 1 snack), the total meal expense was 440,000 VND/student. The meal expense was deducted from the allowance for students participating in the A80 event according to regulations. Thus, the actual amount a student received after deducting the meal expense was 1,520,000 VND.

According to information from Hanoi College of Tourism, the school will make payments in 2 installments: In the first installment, students will receive approval, rehearsal, and performance fees of 940,000 VND; In the second installment, students will receive the remaining 580,000 VND along with a Certificate of participation in A80 at the honoring ceremony held on December 5, 2025.

“Hanoi College of Tourism always appreciates the sense of responsibility, enthusiasm and efforts of students in participating in the A80 event, a particularly important political task. The school commits to always put the interests of students first, ensuring full compliance with regulations. If any violations are discovered during the implementation process, the school will strictly handle them in accordance with the provisions of the law,” the document stated.
