The "Warm Clothes for Winter" program – 10 years of unwavering dedication to charitable work.

Having gone through nearly 30 years of formation and development, PTSC Quang Ngai Petroleum Services Joint Stock Company (PTSC Quang Ngai) has consistently built its corporate culture on the foundation of core values ​​of Unity – Dynamism – Creativity – Professionalism, in which the spirit of Compassion is nurtured as a continuous source for sustainable sharing journeys, exemplified by the annual "Warm Clothes for Winter" charity program of the Company's Commercial Department.

2025 marks the 10th anniversary of the program's continuous operation, becoming a meaningful tradition that contributes to spreading the message "Giving is forever." With the close attention, support, and guidance of the Company's Board of Directors, this year's program has been expanded in scale through the collaboration between the Commercial Department and the Planning and Investment Department, along with the responsible and enthusiastic participation of PTSC Quang Ngai's reputable contractors, suppliers, and partners nationwide.

On January 16, 2026, the "Warm Clothes for Winter" charity program for 2025 was solemnly held in Dak Mar commune, Quang Ngai province, with the participation of local leaders, representatives of schools in Tu Ria Peng village, and a large number of local people and children.

Attending the program were representatives from the Company's leadership – Director Le Hong Phong; representatives from the Commercial Department and the Planning and Investment Department; contractors, suppliers, benefactors, and staff and employees of partner organizations.

During the program, the volunteer group donated the following projects to Tu Ria Peng village, Dak Mar commune: one community toilet; one "Rural Lighting" project; a "Livelihood Calf Breeding" model for five ethnic minority and religious households in the village; and one toilet for Hoa Mai Kindergarten in Dak Klong village, Dak Mar commune. The total value of these projects is 191 million VND.

In addition, nearly 200 gifts, 455 notebooks for preschool and primary school students, and 15 Tet holiday gift packages for disadvantaged households were also donated, with a total value of over 40 million VND.

Previously, on December 24, 2025, as part of the program's opening activities, the volunteer group, in collaboration with benefactors, donated 150 warm jackets, stationery, and a 43-inch television to the kindergarten, and also contributed to the "Lighting Up Rural Roads" project in Dak Tang village, Mang Den commune, Quang Ngai province, with a total value of nearly 40 million VND.

Starting with simple gifts in 2015, by 2025, the "Warm Clothes for Winter" program had spread its spirit of compassion widely, raising over 280 million VND. After the closing, all remaining funds from the 2025 program will be donated to the 18th "Charity Red Envelope" program – Spring 2026, another meaningful annual charitable program of PTSC Quang Ngai.

The company sincerely thanks the local authorities and organizations in Dak Tang village, Mang Den commune and Dak Mar commune for their cooperation in successfully organizing the program; and also expresses gratitude to the 23 businesses, benefactors, and the staff and employees of the Chamber of Commerce and the Department of Planning and Investment for their companionship, contributing to spreading humanitarian values ​​and affirming the determination to maintain and sustainably develop the "Warm Clothes for Winter" program in the coming years.
