Training program "AI application in business management and operations" - Course 3

On November 26, 2025, Vietnam Post Corporation organized the 3rd course of the training program "Application of AI in business management and operation" for Party, Professional and Trade Union leaders. The program aims to equip strategic thinking on Artificial Intelligence (AI), aiming to build an "AI-First mindset" in the management and operation of the Corporation.

Training course scene

The training course includes the following key contents: Overview of AI development and global AI governance trends; AI applications in optimizing postal operations from network, exploitation, delivery to customer care; Commanding methods and language thinking to help leaders use AI effectively at work. The program also provides knowledge about data security, testing and feedback methods when using AI tools; Instructions on discourse analysis to review documents, regulations, reports and content generated by AI.

Students practice applying AI in operations and management

In addition, students practice Reverse Thinking and Systemic Thinking methods in document evaluation, report building and project completion. The in-depth practice helps Leaders experience many modern AI tools, directly serving management needs.

The training course provides a comprehensive knowledge foundation, helping Vietnam Post leaders proactively apply AI in management, improve decision-making efficiency and promote strong digital transformation throughout the Corporation.
