Cultural exchange program to welcome the success of the 15th Dien Bien Provincial Party Congress at the grassroots level

From November 12 to 13, 2025, at the Thanh An commune headquarters, the Dien Bien Provincial Ethnic Arts Troupe coordinated with the Thanh An Commune People's Committee to organize a special cultural exchange program to serve the local people.

The performance took place in a joyful and exciting atmosphere, attracting a large number of cadres, party members and people in the area to watch and cheer. With the theme "Welcoming the success of the 15th Congress of the Dien Bien Provincial Party Committee, term 2025 - 2030". The performances were elaborately staged and performed by professional artists and actors of the Provincial Ethnic Arts Troupe. The program brought many unique singing and dancing performances praising the Party, beloved Uncle Ho, praising the homeland, country, Vietnamese people and the spirit of solidarity and innovation of the ethnic people of Dien Bien province.

The exchange was not only a meaningful cultural and artistic activity, but also contributed to strengthening solidarity among the people, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, encouraging people to enthusiastically compete in labor production, building an increasingly prosperous and beautiful homeland.
