A unique artistic highlight in the political art program "Glory of the Vietnamese National Assembly " is the light sculpture "Strength of the People's Heart" performed by artist Bui Van Tu.

The work "The Power of the People's Heart" 1,946mm high, representing the year of the first general election; 80cm wide - marking the 80th anniversary of the National Assembly of Vietnam, representing the spirit of our National Assembly: National Assembly of the people, by the people, for the people. The work is a harmonious combination of historical and artistic values, vividly demonstrating the close relationship between leaders and people, while honoring the strength of solidarity, patriotism and the will to master the country of the nation.
The work is created with the image of 18 Lac birds flying on a cloud background, symbolizing the 18 Hung Kings, the sacred origin of the Vietnamese people, evoking the aspiration to reach high and far of the nation throughout history. In the center is the National Emblem of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a symbol of the strength of national unity, independence, freedom and national sovereignty .

When the light shines at a distance of 2,026mm from the work, the shadow of the work recreates the image of President Ho Chi Minh casting the first vote in the 1946 General Election for the First National Assembly. When the light moves, the shadow of the National Emblem appears clearly, blending with the shape of the work to convey the message "The Power of the People's Heart".
The work uses copper and iron as the main materials, inspired by President Ho Chi Minh's advice: "The country was won back thanks to iron courage/ The career was built by copper". The distance of light is 2,026 mm, also a symbol of the 80-year journey of the National Assembly accompanying the country's development.
The work "The Power of the People's Heart" is not only an artistic creation but also a reminder of responsibility, belief and aspiration to build the Fatherland; to pay tribute to the past, honor the present and look forward to a bright future of the Vietnamese people.

This work of art also reminds us of President Ho Chi Minh's advice: "Our National Assembly is freely elected by the entire people, and is a true representative of the people of the whole country from North to South" ; "The National Assembly must have truly worthy representatives, representatives who wholeheartedly serve the Fatherland, serve the people and serve socialism" .
After the Program, artist Bui Van Tu presented the work "The Power of the People" to the Vietnam National Assembly Museum, contributing to enriching the value of artifacts, enhancing the public experience, affirming the spirit of democracy and people's trust in the National Assembly, and honoring the value of national solidarity.
Along with the performance of the light sculpture "The Power of the People", at the political art program "Glory of the Vietnamese National Assembly", delegates also enjoyed songs that have gone through the years such as "Tu Van" and especially the vọng cổ performance "National Assembly in the hearts of the people".
