At Hoan Kiem Theater, Hanoi , Party Central Committee member, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly, Senior Lieutenant General Tran Quang Phuong - Deputy Head of the Steering Committee for the 80th Anniversary of the First General Election to elect the Vietnamese National Assembly attended the rehearsal of the political art program "Glory of the Vietnamese National Assembly".

During the 80 years of glory and pride, the golden pages of the National Assembly's history accompanying the nation have aroused patriotism and the spirit of great national unity; encouraged emulation and creative movements throughout the country; and contributed to the cause of building an increasingly prosperous and happy Vietnam in the new era - the era of national growth.

The political art program Glory of the Vietnamese National Assembly recreates the proud flow of 80 years since the first general election of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, affirming the great contributions of the National Assembly to the victory of the Vietnamese revolution.

At the rehearsal, Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Quang Phuong and delegates reviewed preparations, watched art performances and reports presented in the program Glory of the Vietnamese National Assembly.

The program is divided into several chapters: Chapter I - Dawn of Democracy (Looking back at the Tan Trao National Congress - the predecessor of the Vietnamese National Assembly and recreating the first General Election day); Chapter II - National Assembly in the hearts of the people (highlighting the activities and contributions of the National Assembly in the two resistance wars against France and the US and the day of national reunification); Chapter III - National Assembly in the era of rising (with important highlights in each term of the National Assembly during the renovation period, especially in the era of rising).

Among them are songs that have penetrated the subconscious of voters and people such as Tien Quan Ca, Tu Nguyen, Khat Vong Dien Hong, Giai Dieu Tu Hao, Dat Nuoc Tron Niep Vui... to the National Assembly folk song in the hearts of people, new songs such as: The vast new road, Thinh Vuong Viet Nam Sang Ngoi...
