Recalling the historic moment in November 1940, from the fields of Hoc Mon, Ba Diem, to Go Vap, Cho Lon, from Nha Dai Ben Luc to the historic Giong intersection and the entire Southern region with a fighting atmosphere full of enthusiasm. It was not only an uprising but also the call of the people, the spirit of hard-working but resilient people, with bright hearts, determined to stand up for an oath of independence.
Although 85 years have passed, the heroic spirit and resilience of the barefoot farmers of the past still resonates. That heroic spirit is shown through acts of patriotism, love for the homeland, daring to stand up, daring to sacrifice to protect the Fatherland, to create the strength of Vietnam, to create the mettle of the South and to create the spring of independence.
