In 2025, Agribank completed and upgraded its portfolio of 270 products in a diversified, modern and market-standard direction. At the same time, the distribution channel system was operated synchronously - from traditional transactions to digital banking, creating a widespread, unified and convenient service network.
In particular, Agribank continues to affirm its pioneering role by implementing 74 new programs, policies and products and services. The product structure is flexibly designed for each segment, including: 51 products for individual customers, focusing on consumer credit, savings, payments and digital services; and 23 products for corporate customers, aiming at green credit, value chain financing, comprehensive payment solutions, cash flow support and services for small and medium enterprises.
The synchronization in direction and implementation has created an important foundation for Agribank's product and service ecosystem to make a strong impression on the market. Not only stopping at completing the portfolio and implementing new programs and policies, these efforts have created substantial changes in business operations, especially in two key segments: individual customers and corporate customers. The results achieved are clear evidence of the widespread effectiveness of Agribank's product ecosystem across the market. As of November 30, 2025, Agribank's outstanding personal customer loans reached VND 1.46 million billion, accounting for 74.8% of the total outstanding loans of the economy , up 14.9% compared to the beginning of the year. Capital mobilized from individual customers reached VND 1.76 million billion, accounting for 78.4% of TT1 capital, up 10.4% compared to the beginning of the year.

Along with credit and mobilization, Agribank continues to promote research and development of services on digital channels, expanding the modern banking ecosystem. Currently, Agribank is providing the market with more than 20 card products; as of November 15, 2025, the total number of issued cards in circulation reached 17 million cards, affirming Agribank's position in the retail card segment and digital banking services.

The positive growth figures achieved by Agribank show that the individual customer segment continues to be the strategic pillar of Agribank, especially in the fields of consumer credit, household economic development and agricultural production - areas that have a direct impact on social security, stable life and local economic development. Diversifying products, modernizing distribution channels and promoting digital transformation have helped Agribank reach customers more effectively, promptly meeting the capital needs of millions of households across the country, while firmly consolidating Agribank's role in the national comprehensive financial development strategy.
In parallel with the individual customer segment, Agribank also focuses on promoting product solutions for corporate customers, especially small and medium enterprises, enterprises operating in the agricultural value chain - a group of customers with large and stable capital needs and requiring specialized support mechanisms. As of November 30, 2025, outstanding loans from corporate customers reached VND 493 trillion, up 10.1% compared to the beginning of the year and accounting for 25.2% of the total outstanding loans of the economy. Capital mobilized from corporate customers reached VND 485 trillion, up 13.2%, continuing to affirm the trust of the business community in Agribank. Along with credit and mobilization, Agribank promotes digital transformation in the corporate segment. The number of corporate customers registered to use Agribank eBanking has reached over 45,000 customers; The total number of transactions on the system reached 203,838, demonstrating the increasingly deep participation of businesses in Agribank's digital transaction channels. This shows that Agribank's digital banking solutions are effective, meeting the needs of businesses for fast, safe and transparent transactions in the context of strong digital transformation today.
