The hourly appointment system, automatic reception kiosk, cashless payment, online test results, electronic medical records... help reduce waiting time, increase transparency and improve the patient experience.

According to the Hanoi City Labor Federation, in the context that Hanoi is promoting the construction of smart cities and developing high-quality human resources, the task of digital transformation of the Trade Union organization is becoming more urgent.
