Speaking to RMC , the powerful businessman and CEO of Christian Dior SE has set ambitions to transform Paris FC into a new force in French football. He declared: "If we qualify for the Champions League, I would like to convince Klopp to manage the team."
Paris FC is currently backed by the Arnault family and the Red Bull group, with Klopp serving as Global Director of Football. This alliance makes the prospect of the German strategist moving to the French capital entirely plausible.
Arnault even described his immense admiration for Klopp: "Who wouldn't dream of having Klopp, a talented and energetic coach? Sooner or later, everyone wants him."
Klopp left Liverpool in the summer of 2024 after almost a decade of spectacular success, before taking a break and then taking a job at Red Bull in early 2025. Despite constant rumors of a return, including the possibility of managing Real Madrid or the German national team, Klopp has repeatedly stated that he has no plans to return.
Currently, Klopp is a commentator for the 2026 World Cup and will continue his association with Red Bull until 2029. Meanwhile, Paris FC will finish the 2025/26 season in the middle of the Ligue 1 table.
