The joy of students at Truong Ngoc Khang Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, Tra Bong District, on the morning of August 16
On August 16, Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper coordinated with the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province to present 100 bunk beds (worth 300 million VND) from the program "Scholarship to support ethnic minority and poor students" to students in difficult circumstances at Truong Ngoc Khang Ethnic Boarding Secondary School, Tra Bong district.
At the ceremony, the Quang Ngai Association in Ho Chi Minh City also presented 200 student backpacks and 10 scholarships (each worth 1 million VND) to disadvantaged students who have overcome difficulties in studying at Truong Ngoc Khang Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.
The program "Scholarship to support ethnic minority and poor students" - founded by former Politburo member and former Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh ; received and managed by Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper.

Mr. To Dinh Tuan, Editor-in-Chief of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper , shared that the program "Scholarship to support ethnic minority and poor students" has so far supported thousands of ethnic minority and disadvantaged students in many provinces and cities across the country.
"The 100 bunk beds for Truong Ngoc Khang Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities that were donated today have practical meaning for poor students, brought back by the program staff in Ho Chi Minh City. Hopefully, this small but meaningful gift will help the students have more motivation to overcome difficulties in their learning journey, becoming useful citizens for their families and society in the future" - Mr. Tuan shared.
Mr. Tran Hoang Tuan, Permanent Vice Chairman of Quang Ngai Provincial People's Committee, presented backpacks and encouraged students to try to be good and study well.

This number of beds is timely support for the living conditions of students.
Mr. Tran Quang Vinh, Principal of Truong Ngoc Khang Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, said that the school has many ethnic minority students with difficult family circumstances who need support with expenses and learning tools.
"When we heard that the school received 100 bunk beds from the scholarship program of Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper , the teachers of the school were extremely happy. Because of the nature of a school in a mountainous area, the students lack a lot, especially daily necessities for boarding students. On behalf of the school, I would like to thank the working group and the benefactors... I hope that this meaningful program will continue to be expanded to help the students feel secure going to school" - Mr. Vinh wished.
