Can I study Literature and English Language Education at the same time?

I plan to major in Literature Pedagogy, then study another major related to English, is that possible?

Hanoi National University of Education has admission based on the results of the competency assessment exam, so I am researching to register my wishes. I plan to register for the Literature Pedagogy major, then when I enter school, I will register to study another major related to English such as English Language or English Pedagogy.

I would like to ask if it is allowed to study two majors and should I study like that? If so, is there any difficulty in doing this?
