With growth focusing on four new strategic pillars, it requires a completely new workforce with specialized skills, technological level and modern thinking to replace traditional workers. That requires the demand for high-quality labor to skyrocket, far exceeding the current supply. In that context, universities in Khanh Hoa have grasped the actual situation to have strategies and plans to meet the demand for training high-quality human resources for the locality.
