VPL shares shine on the stock exchange, VN-Index continues to increase by more than 10 points

On the HoSE floor, the matched order value this session increased sharply compared to the previous session, reaching more than VND 21,714.62 billion.

Foreign investors net bought approximately VND977 billion on the HoSE. On the buying side, MBB shares were bought the most with a value of more than VND348 billion, followed by MWG (VND315 billion), PNJ (VND221 billion), CTG (VND215 billion)... On the contrary, VCB was sold the most (VND262 billion), followed by STB (VND151 billion), GEX (VND123 billion), SSI (VND63 billion)...

Today's session, the VN30 group of stocks closed with 20 stocks increasing, 1 stock remaining unchanged and 9 stocks decreasing.

Of which, MWG increased the highest with an increase of 4.44% to VND 63,500/share, followed by CTG increasing by 4.1% to VND 39,400/share, MBB increased by 2.94%, GVR increased by 2.5%, VPB increased by 2.02%, HPG increased by 1.57%, BID increased by 1.56%, HDB increased by 1.4%, FPT increased by 1.01%.

Codes: ACB, BCM, BVH, MSN, PLX, SSI, STB, VCB, VIB, VIC, VJC increased slightly, TCB stopped at reference.

In the opposite direction, SSB decreased by 1.58%, TPB decreased by 1.09%.

The remaining codes: GAS, LPB, SAB, SHB, VHM, VNM, VRE decreased slightly.

In terms of industry groups, steel stocks traded quite positively when closing with no stocks decreasing. Of which, SMC hit the ceiling price of VND10,050/share, VCA increased by 1.91%, NKG increased by 1.62%, HPG increased by 1.57%, DTL increased by 1.42%, HMC, HSG, TLH stopped at reference.

The group of securities stocks improved, closing up 1.21%. Of which, FTS increased by 2.61% to VND39,300/share, AGR increased by 2.01%, VIX increased by 1.98%, BSI increased by 1.41%, VCI increased by 1.1%, VDS increased by 1.02%, CTS, HCM, ORS, SSI, TCI, TVB, TVS, VND increased slightly, APG, DSE stopped at reference.

Banking stocks closed up 1.11%. In addition to the codes: ACB, BID, CTG, HDB, LPB, MBB, SHB, SSB, STB, TCB, TPB, VCB, VPB, VIB in the VN30 group mentioned above, other codes such as: EIB increased by 2.34%, MSB increased slightly, OCB increased by 1.42%, NAB stopped at reference.

The real estate group closed up slightly by 0.3%. Of which, the codes that increased quite well were: ITC increased by 2.53%, KBC increased by 3.19%, KDH increased by 3.18%, NLG increased by 5.05%, NTL increased by 2.68%, TDH increased by 5.28%, VRC increased by 3.08%, VSI increased by 4.52%...

Other stock sectors such as: consumer services increased by 18.74%, durable goods distribution and retail increased by 2.47%, consumer goods and decoration increased by 1.32%, raw materials increased by 1.42%, information technology increased by 1.01%, insurance, transportation, telecommunications, production materials, food, beverage and tobacco, health care, and energy increased slightly.

On the other hand, utility stocks fell slightly.

In today's session, VPL shares of Vinpearl Joint Stock Company were listed on the stock exchange with a reference price of VND71,300. Immediately after listing, this stock increased by the full margin of 19.92% to VND85,500.

* The Vietnamese stock market index maintained green throughout the session today, VNXALL-Index closed up 17.81 points (+0.84%), to 2,134.97 points. Liquidity in the whole market, with trading volume reaching 949.34 million units, equivalent to trading value reaching 23,783.09 billion VND. In the whole market, there were 255 stocks increasing in price, 87 stocks remaining unchanged and 120 stocks decreasing in price.

* At the Hanoi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index closed at 217.93 points, up 1.89 points (+0.87%). Liquidity reached a total of more than 73.30 million units transferred, with a corresponding trading value of more than VND 1,196,382 billion. The entire floor had 107 stocks increasing, 54 stocks remaining unchanged and 60 stocks decreasing.

The HNX30 index closed up 4.57 points (+1.06%) to 434.36 points. Trading volume reached over 45.33 million units, with a corresponding value of over VND915,720 billion. The HNX30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 17 stocks increasing, 7 stocks remaining unchanged and 6 stocks decreasing.

On the UPCoM market, the UPCoM Index increased, closing at 94.55 points, up 0.96 points (+1.03%). Market liquidity, total trading volume reached more than 42.76 million shares, corresponding trading value reached more than 492,746 billion VND. The UPCoM group of stocks ended the trading day with 190 stocks increasing, 87 stocks remaining unchanged and 98 stocks decreasing.

* At the Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index closed up 10.17 points (+0.79%) to 1,293.43 points. Liquidity reached over 952.54 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND23,894.92 billion. The entire floor had 205 stocks increasing, 61 stocks remaining unchanged and 106 stocks decreasing.

The VN30 Index increased by 10.74 points (+0.78%) and stood at 1,382.78 points. Liquidity reached more than 423.76 million units, equivalent to a trading value of VND12,985.92 billion. The VN30 group of stocks ended the trading day with 20 stocks increasing, 1 stock remaining unchanged and 9 stocks decreasing.

The five stocks with the highest trading volume were VIX (over 60.47 million units), MBB (over 40.09 million units), VPB (over 27.75 million units), SSI (over 25.55 million units), HPG (over 20.30 million units).

The five stocks with the highest price increase were NO1 (6.95%), DHM (6.92%), SMC (6.91%), VNE (6.91%), SRC (6.61%).
