At the launching ceremony, comrade Nguyen Long Hai, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies informed: The unusual and especially heavy rains and floods in the provinces and cities of the Central Highlands region have been causing very heavy damage to people and property.
Faced with that situation, the Politburo and Secretariat promptly shared the damage and losses of the Party Committee, government and people of localities affected by rain and floods; urgently established 5 working delegations led by Party and State leaders to continue to inspect, direct and urge the work of overcoming the consequences of rain and floods in many localities.
On November 22, Comrade Tran Cam Tu, Politburo member, Standing member of the Secretariat, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Party agencies, and the working delegation directly visited and encouraged people who suffered heavy losses due to floods in Khanh Hoa province.
Implementing the Conclusion Notice No. 99-TB/TW dated November 21, 2025 of the Politburo and Secretariat on overcoming the consequences caused by rain and floods in the Central region; responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the direction of the Standing member of the Secretariat, the Party Secretary of the Central Party agencies, all cadres, civil servants and employees of the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies participated in donating at least 1 day's salary to share with people affected by natural disasters and floods, in order to soon stabilize their lives and production.
Immediately after the launch, all donations were transferred by the Party Committees of the Central Party agencies to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front to help people overcome the consequences of floods.
