Over the past years, under the leadership and direction of the Chief of the General Department of Politics, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the General Department of Politics, the Party committees, commanders, political commissars, political officers, and political agencies at all levels, the mass work in the General Department of Politics has thoroughly grasped the resolutions and directives of the Party committees at all levels, the instructions of the superiors, the tasks of the agencies and units; implemented and successfully completed, with excellent content, the goals and targets of the Action Program set forth by the Congress of the Youth Union, Women's Union, and Trade Union of the General Department of Politics.

In the work of the Youth Union and youth movement in the period of 2022-2025, the Youth Union organizations have concretized the movement "Youth of the TCCT Agency cultivates morality, trains talent, is proactive, creative, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period", associated with the Emulation Movement to Win of agencies and units and the Campaign "Promoting tradition, dedicating talent, worthy of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new period".

Union members and young people in agencies and units have promoted their pioneering role in each field: Maintaining work order; actively studying, training, complying with laws and discipline; promoting creation, propaganda, performing arts, many times volunteering to perform tasks in remote, border, sea and island areas; proactively innovating, improving productivity and quality of work, practicing thrift, ensuring traffic safety and actively participating in national digital transformation.

The emulation movements have created strong changes, arousing the spirit of dedication and youthfulness. The agency's youth achieved many outstanding achievements: 1 first prize, 4 second prizes, 5 third prizes of the "Creative Youth" Award for the whole army; 2 collectives were awarded the Emulation Flag by the Central Youth Union; 2 Outstanding Young Faces, 6 Promising Young Faces for the whole army; 1 cadre won the Ly Tu Trong Award. The Youth Union introduced 241 outstanding members to join the Party; 100% of the Youth Union organizations and members, and youth completed their tasks, of which 95% completed their tasks well or better.

The youth organizations also carried out many activities of gratitude, social security and shock movements such as: Propagating traditions, cultural and sports exchanges, visiting and giving policy gifts, "Lighting candles in gratitude", free medical examination and treatment, supporting students and union members in difficult circumstances; responding to Youth Month, summer volunteer campaign and donating 2,143 units of blood, contributing to strengthening military-civilian solidarity, building a strong local political base.

Women's work and women's movement in the period of 2021-2025 have many positive changes. The staff and members have developed comprehensively, the proportion of female staff in the TCCT Agency currently accounts for nearly 30%, of which 95% have college or university degrees or higher. Women in the agency have achieved many outstanding achievements: 20 comrades were awarded the title of Meritorious Artist, People's Artist; 1 Meritorious Teacher; 2 collectives won the Vietnam Women's Award; 1 comrade won the Nguyen Thi Dinh Award; 50 individuals were honored as Outstanding Women.

Cultural, artistic, sports and club activities such as: “Women love and preserve lullabies and folk songs”; “Happy families - raising good children”; “Family meals”; “Exercise and sports to improve health”; Yoga, Rumba, Pickleball clubs... are maintained effectively. The movement “Women foster good values ​​of Vietnamese families”, the campaign “Building a family of 5 no, 3 clean” and “5 yes, 3 clean” are widely deployed.

Many effective models have been maintained such as: "Promoting the spirit of responsibility, fighting against individualism"; "Women teach well, study well, and practice strictly"; "Beautiful on stage, beautiful in daily life"; "Caring for life, taking care of health wholeheartedly and thoughtfully"... associated with studying and following Uncle Ho, building women of the TCCT agency with "Courage - Intelligence - Discipline - Kindness". The Women's Union of agencies and units shows practical care for military families, by giving gifts to 8 children of martyrs, 16,000 children; 5,322 excellent students; 484 children who won prizes from district level and above.

The workers' movement and trade union activities in the 2023-2025 period continue to be innovated, focusing on substance and effectiveness. Union officials and members actively participate in competitions, winning many high prizes: 3 A prizes, 3 B prizes, 4 C prizes in the Political Essay Contest to protect the Party's ideological foundation; many awards in competitions to learn about traditions; 9 topics and initiatives put into application and 120 initiatives participating in the "1 million initiatives" program.

The union has performed well its functions of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers; coordinated the organization of workers' conferences, signed collective labor agreements; and well implemented the democratic regulations at the grassroots level. Many gratitude, charity, and social activities have been implemented such as: "Spring on the border and islands - Tet with love between the army and the people", "Green dreams", "Loving Tet", "Hot rice for children"...; visited and gave gifts to nursing centers for war invalids and hospitals; provided financial support; organized tours and convalescence; cared for union members' children; proposed to repair 2 houses and build 1 new "Union shelter" house; organized "Union meals"... with a total cost of more than 3 billion VND.

Speaking at the conference, on behalf of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the TCCT Agency, Major General Tran Ngoc Anh, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the TCCT Agency, Director of the Political Department (TCCT), acknowledged and warmly commended the achievements of the cadres, union members, and members of the mass organizations of the TCCT Agency in recent years. At the same time, he highly appreciated the role of the Party committees, commanders, and political agencies at all levels in always paying attention to leading, directing, guiding, and organizing activities well, ensuring that the mass work of the TCCT Agency is always deployed in the right direction, achieving quality and practical effectiveness.

From the practical movements of agencies and units, Major General Tran Ngoc Anh suggested that at the conference, delegates continue to contribute ideas and propose appropriate, practical and effective solutions so that the mass work of the TCCT Agency, which has been good, will be even better, meeting the requirements and tasks in the era of strong development and growth of the nation.

Major General Tran Ngoc Anh suggested that in the coming time, agencies and units continue to thoroughly grasp and well implement a number of key issues such as: Continuously improving the capacity and effectiveness of leadership and direction of Party committees, political commissars, political officers and commanders at all levels; thoroughly grasp and strictly implement resolutions of Party congresses at all levels; resolutions and action programs of the Youth Union, Women's Union, and Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.

Agencies and units must promote the advisory role and implementation of mass work of political agencies, executive committees and cadres of mass organizations. At each level, the quality and effectiveness of mass work must be considered one of the important criteria to evaluate the task completion results of Party committees, commanders, political commissars, political officers and political agencies.

Agencies and units actively innovate the content, form, and methods of propaganda and education suitable for each age group of union members; promote the application of science and technology and digital transformation; each cadre, union member, and association member must be a "digital soldier" or "digital warrior" in the agency or unit.

At the same time, thoroughly grasp and deploy comprehensively, synchronously, extensively and effectively revolutionary action movements, campaigns and emulation movements among union members and members of the TCCT Agency; proactively carry out successfully the political tasks of the agency and unit, contributing to building a clean and strong exemplary party organization; a comprehensively strong unit that is "Exemplary and typical".

Focus on building a team of cadres of mass organizations with qualities and capacities to meet requirements and tasks. Further improve the quality of coordination with local socio-political organizations, in order to contribute to building a solid political base, consolidating the national defense and security posture and developing the socio-economy in the stationed area.
