On January 10, Co To District Party Committee held the 36th meeting of the District Party Committee, term VI, term 2020 - 2025; announced the Decision to establish the Party Committee of the District Party, mass organizations, People's Council and Justice and announced the Decisions on personnel work .

Comrade Nguyen Viet Dung, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee, presented the Decision to establish the Party Committee of the Bloc of Party agencies, mass organizations, People's Council, and District Justice.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Government Agencies Bloc congratulated the Party Committee of the Party agencies, unions, People's Council, and District Justice.

Accordingly, The Party Committee of the Party, mass organizations, People's Council, and District Justice was established on the basis of merging the Party Committee of the District Party and mass organizations, the District Procuracy Party Cell, and the District Court Party Cell with a total of 48 party members.

The Standing Committee of the District Party Committee also appointed the Party Committee of the Party agencies, mass organizations, People's Council, and District Justice with 9 members; appointed the Standing Committee of the Party Committee with 3 members; appointed the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. Comrade Dang Quang Ngan, Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Council, holds the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Party agencies, mass organizations, People's Council, and District Justice, term 2020 - 2025.
