Extending the balcony on the terrace on the 41st-42nd floor of the tallest building in Khanh Hoa

According to residents' feedback, recently, at Muong Thanh building, 60 Tran Phu, Loc Tho ward, Nha Trang city ( Khanh Hoa province), construction workers appeared to open glass doors to make balconies on the roof of some apartments on floors 41-42.

On December 26, the functional force of Loc Tho Ward People's Committee conducted an inspection and discovered that on floors 41 and 42, there were 7 apartments violating construction order, including apartments 4140, 4142, 4144, 4146, 4240, 4242, 4244.

These apartments violate the regulation of changing the function of the apartment's living room into a balcony, extending the balcony on the porch (the above apartments do not have a balcony).

Loc Tho Ward People's Committee coordinated with the Urban Management Department and Muong Thanh Apartment Management Board to draw up a record to suspend and prevent the above-mentioned illegal construction.

Loc Tho Ward People's Committee also said that the above projects exceeded the local authority's handling authority, therefore, the Ward People's Committee reported and requested the Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Construction to inspect and handle them according to the provisions of law.

Muong Thanh Nha Trang luxury apartment hotel complex at 60 Tran Phu is considered the tallest building in Khanh Hoa with a height of 46 floors. The building is divided into apartment blocks and hotel blocks.
