Speaking at the handover ceremony, Colonel Le Tan Vinh emphasized that supporting the construction of gratitude houses is a meaningful humanitarian activity, demonstrating the affection, responsibility and gratitude of the police force towards former officers and soldiers who have made many contributions to the cause of protecting national security.
From the mobilized source of 300 million VND from Ho Chi Minh City Police, Ca Mau Provincial Police supported each member with 60 million VND to build a house. In addition to the funding, the Party Committee and the Provincial Police Board also supported additional materials during the construction process.

Immediately after the ceremony, the professional units and the local police will coordinate to deploy the construction within 30 days, ensuring the quality, progress and safety of the project. The Youth Union members of the Provincial Police will also participate in supporting labor days, helping members to soon stabilize their accommodation.
Representatives of the members who received support expressed their emotions and deep gratitude to the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police, the Ho Chi Minh City Police and the Provincial Association of Former Police Officers for their attention and help.
5 members of the Association of Former Police Officers received the Decision of the Provincial Police Director on financial support for building gratitude houses.
Colonel Le Tan Vinh sent his best wishes to the members, hoping that they would continue to promote the qualities of a People's Public Security soldier, and be an example for the younger generation to follow.
The program to support charity houses is a regular and practical activity of Ca Mau Provincial Police, contributing to strengthening comradeship and spreading the spirit of "Serving the People" throughout the force.
