Faced with that reality and in response to the Hanoi Convention on Cybercrime Prevention and Control, on October 10, Lam Dong Provincial Police launched and deployed the Campaign "Not alone - Together online safety". Identifying this as a key political task, both urgent and of long-term strategic significance, the Provincial Police proactively coordinated with the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department, the Department of Education and Training and press and media agencies to synchronously deploy; at the same time, mobilized more than 70 influential people (KOLs) to participate in the response.

Through the activity of changing avatar frames, changing computer wallpapers and a series of articles, videos , and reports on many digital platforms, the Campaign's message has spread strongly, creating a positive and continuous "flow" of communication among cadres, party members, union members and people throughout the province.

In parallel with online propaganda, Lam Dong Provincial Police focused on bringing the Campaign into depth, closely following the grassroots, using schools - families - communities as "fortresses" to protect children and adolescents from cybercrime. Up to now, the Campaign has been organized directly at 41 schools and residential communities, reaching 31,138 students, teachers and parents.

In each locality, the propaganda content is carefully prepared, suitable for psychology and age, helping students form skills and habits of online safety. Workshop models, "Not alone" forums, Q&A exchanges, situational practice, handbook releases, campaigns to change computer and phone wallpapers, etc. create a lively, close, and receptive atmosphere.

Especially in remote areas, ethnic minority areas, propaganda sessions are integrated with skits, storytelling, and illustrated with real-life situations, helping people to easily absorb. Many specialized programs dedicated to the Mong ethnic group are organized right in the village, bringing the Party's policies, the State's policies and the police force's warnings to the most vulnerable people, in the spirit of "no one is left behind".

A humane highlight is that many communes and wards have integrated online safety propaganda with activities to support disadvantaged students. Thanks to socialized resources and the support of organizations and businesses, many scholarships and gifts have been awarded to encourage students to excel, while spreading the model of "safe classroom - friendly school".

In the coming time, Lam Dong Provincial Police will continue to coordinate with departments, branches and organizations to deploy a mobile skills training program (School Tour) called "Safe Digital Luggage"; at the same time, launch an online quiz contest "Learn about preventing and combating online fraud in cyberspace in Lam Dong province", contributing to raising awareness and equipping self-protection skills against increasingly sophisticated fraud methods and tricks.
