Lieutenant Colonel Khuc Thanh Tuan, Head of Hung Dao Ward Police, informed: Through the review of residential groups, from March 2025 to now, officers and soldiers of the unit have sponsored 6 children in difficult circumstances in the area. The above activities contribute to creating solidarity, as well as joining hands with local Party committees and authorities in ensuring social security in the locality.

With the spirit of understanding and sharing with the unfortunate and difficult lives, in the first days of November 2025, Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Manh Viet, Deputy Head of the Administrative Police Department for Social Order (City Police) and officers and soldiers of the unit received help for 3 children in especially difficult circumstances in Le Chan ward. Along with the initial financial support of 2 million VND/child, in the coming time, the Women's Union and Youth Union of the unit will continue to maintain activities of visiting, encouraging and supporting the children, especially on holidays and Tet, helping them have conditions to study and develop comprehensively both physically and mentally.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Duc Toan, Head of Thanh Ha Commune Police, informed that the unit's officers and soldiers had just adopted two children in difficult circumstances in the locality and supported each child with 3 million VND in the 2025-2026 school year. Touched by the affection of the officers and soldiers of Thanh Ha Commune Police, the children expressed that they would try to be good, study well, follow Uncle Ho's 5 teachings, strive to become good citizens, not violate the law, and stay away from social evils.

According to statistics from the City Police, over the past 5 years, through the models of "Godmother" and "Adopted children of commune police", police units and localities have received monthly support for 120 children in difficult and especially difficult circumstances in the city.
