Ms. Le Bui Thi Mai Uyen, Director of Food Products at Nestlé Vietnam, said the project aims to build a culinary map with typical dishes representing provinces and cities across the country. "We have received 6,000 recipes and are calling on people to introduce more unique and creative recipes and cooking ingredients from the localities," Ms. Uyen said.

According to Mr. Nguyen Le Phuc, Deputy Director of the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism , the project "Variation of thousands of ingredients, cooking millions of Vietnamese dishes" to be implemented in the next 3 years will contribute to the successful implementation of the Vietnam Tourism Development Strategy to 2030, culinary tourism is one of the important product lines contributing to enhancing the competitive advantage and brand of Vietnam tourism.
