
Also attending the Conference were Comrade Tong Thanh Binh - Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department; leaders and representatives of departments, bureaus, and officials of the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Department of Justice, the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Federation of Labor...

Accordingly, at the Conference, representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Department announced the Decisions on personnel transfers. According to Decision No. 156-QĐ/TU, dated January 6, 2026: Based on Decision No. 6551/QĐ-ĐCT, dated December 26, 2025, of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Women's Union on recognizing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President, and Vice Presidents of the Lai Chau Provincial Women's Union, 13th term, 2025-2030; Ms. Mua Thi Lan, Vice President of the Lai Chau Provincial Women's Union for the 2025-2030 term, will cease to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Justice; and will be transferred to take up duties at the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee from January 10, 2026.

According to Decision No. 168-QD/TU, dated January 12, 2026, of the Provincial Party Committee on personnel reassignment: Based on Decision No. 685/QD-TLD, dated December 31, 2025, of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on recognizing the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, President, Vice President; and Inspection Committee of the Lai Chau Provincial Labor Union, 14th term, 2025-2030; Ms. Lo Thi Hang, Vice President of the Lai Chau Provincial Labor Union for the 2025-2030 term, ceases to hold the position of Deputy Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office; and is reassigned to take up duties at the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee from January 15, 2026.

Presenting the decision and giving a speech assigning the task, Comrade Sung A Ho - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province - emphasized: Comrade Mua Thi Lan is a cadre with basic training in professional skills and political theory; she has accumulated practical experience through many positions at the local level and in various units, and has always successfully completed all assigned tasks. In her positions as Deputy Chief Inspector of Sin Ho District, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, and Deputy Director of the Department of Justice, she has always demonstrated competence, responsibility, and exemplary conduct in cultivating and refining her political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; she has responsibly participated in inspection, supervision, Party building, and State management in the field of justice. Through each task and position, she has always clearly demonstrated her management and leadership abilities, a good spirit of coordination, and has earned the trust of the collective and high praise from the Party Committee.
Comrade Lo Thi Hang received basic training in professional skills and political theory, and has been trained and matured through various positions at the Provincial Party Committee Office. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated her capabilities, exemplary conduct, responsibility, and dedication to her work. Together with the leadership team of the Provincial Party Committee Office, she has effectively advised and organized the implementation of Party financial management and office administration, serving the activities of the Standing Committee and the Provincial Party Committee, making significant contributions to the development of the Provincial Party Committee Office.

In response to the trust and expectations of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the transferred comrades focus on effectively implementing the following: Maintaining political steadfastness, promoting a pioneering and exemplary spirit; absolutely adhering to the leadership of the Party Committee, upholding principles, discipline, and order; prioritizing the common good; proactively learning and quickly adapting to tasks; innovating thinking and methods of leadership and management; "matching words with actions," working with focus, priorities, clear outputs, and clear timelines; consolidating internal unity, upholding exemplary responsibility, promoting democracy coupled with discipline; strengthening coordination and interconnectedness between agencies and units to improve work efficiency; focusing on improving the quality of activities of the Association and Trade Union; caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of members. Contributing to building stronger trade union organizations and meeting the requirements of the new era.
The comrade also expressed his hope that the Executive Committee and Standing Committee of the Provincial Women's Union, the Provincial Federation of Labor; and the officials and staff of the Women's Affairs Committees, the Trade Union Affairs Committees, and the Provincial Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front would continue to uphold the tradition of solidarity and consensus, creating all conditions, providing assistance and support to enable the comrades taking on new responsibilities to successfully fulfill their assigned duties.

In her acceptance speech, Comrade Mua Thi Lan, Vice President of the Provincial Women's Union, speaking on behalf of the two newly appointed comrades, affirmed: "This is not only an honor but also a heavy responsibility entrusted to us by the provincial leaders. In our new positions, we will seriously and fully absorb the directives and assignments from the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and promise to always strive, continuously improve our political acumen and moral character; actively research and study to enhance our professional skills; promote a spirit of solidarity and responsibility; proactively coordinate closely with the leaders of the provincial committees and agencies of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Committee and Executive Committee of the Provincial Women's Union, and the Provincial Federation of Labor in gathering and mobilizing members, union members, and workers, contributing to the successful implementation of the province's political tasks in the new period..."
