The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decision No. 76/QD-BVHTTDL on the announcement of amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of Cinema within the scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's management functions.

Based on Government Decree No. 63/2010/ND-CP dated June 8, 2010, on the control of administrative procedures; Government Decree No. 92/2017/ND-CP dated August 7, 2017, amending and supplementing a number of articles of decrees related to the control of administrative procedures; Circular 153/2025/TT-BTC dated December 31, 2025, of the Minister of Finance stipulating the collection rates, collection and payment regimes for a number of fees and charges in the fields of culture, sports, and tourism; Upon the request of the Director of the Cinema Department and the Chief of the Ministry's Office;… the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a Decision announcing the amended and supplemented administrative procedures in the field of Cinema within the scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's management functions.

Accordingly, the administrative procedures amended and supplemented in the field of Cinema under the management scope of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism include: Procedures for granting Film Classification Licenses; Procedures for granting Licenses to provide filming services using locations in Vietnam; Procedures for granting Film Classification Licenses (authority of provincial People's Committees).

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing. The corresponding administrative procedures published in Decisions No. 261/QD-BVHTTDL dated February 15, 2023, and No. 3955/QD-BVHTTDL dated December 9, 2024, cease to be effective from the date this Decision takes effect.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Chief of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Cinema Department, and the heads of relevant agencies and units to be responsible for implementing this Decision.
