At approximately 10:49 PM on the 29th day of the 12th lunar month, pregnant woman Le Thi Anh Nguyet (born in 1997, residing in Tu My commune) was admitted to the hospital in labor. There, doctors from the Obstetrics Unit – Department of Obstetrics, Provincial General Hospital, quickly examined her and closely monitored her signs of labor. At exactly 0:00 AM - the sacred moment welcoming the Year of the Horse - a baby girl let out her first cry. This is the firstborn daughter of Ms. Le Thi Anh Nguyet.
Immediately after birth, the baby girl was given skin-to-skin contact with her mother by the medical staff, helping to stabilize her body temperature and strengthen the mother-child bond from the very first moments.
The first citizen of Ha Tinh in the new year of the Horse 2026 will weigh 3.29 kg. The newborn baby received attentive care from the doctors.
