According to the news of Khanh Hoa Province Hydrometeorological Station, at 7:00 a.m. on December 7, the tropical depression was located in the central region of the Philippines. The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression was level 6 (39-49 km/h), gusting to level 8, moving westward at a speed of about 15 km/h. The tropical depression is forecast to maintain its intensity and speed and will enter the East Sea on December 9.
