New Wing Interconnect Technology Co., Ltd. Trade Union held the Congress for the 2025

As a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, New Wing Interconnect Technology Limited Company has been operating since early 2016 in Van Trung Industrial Park. Currently, the enterprise creates stable jobs for nearly 30,000 employees with an average income of 11 million VND/person/month.

The company's union was established in July 2016 with 9,600 members. To date, the total number of union members has increased to more than 29,800 (100% attendance rate). In addition, the union also has the participation of 340 foreign workers working at the enterprise, demonstrating the spirit of integration and the union's comprehensive care for all workers, regardless of nationality.

From 2023 to present, the Company's Trade Union has promoted its role as a representative, caring for and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. In particular, it has organized gifts on holidays and Tet for union members and employees with a total of more than 455,000 gifts, worth nearly 82.7 billion VND; visited more than 7,600 cases of illness and difficult circumstances. Propaganda, education and awareness raising work for union members have been regularly deployed; campaigns and emulation movements have been launched and effectively organized, attracting a large number of employees to participate.

The union closely monitors the implementation of policies for employees such as: wages, bonuses, social insurance, benefits for pregnant female employees and those with young children. The recommendations and proposals of union members are received and processed promptly, contributing to building a working environment, harmonious, stable, progressive labor relations, creating motivation for union members and employees to feel secure in their commitment to the enterprise.

In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Company's Trade Union sets out the motto "Innovation - Creativity for workers", striving to complete key targets such as: 95% of workers are informed of resolutions of the superior trade union and policies and laws of the state; 80% of female workers achieve the title "Good at public work, good at housework"; 100% of union members are supported and visited when facing difficulties or maternity; 90% of foreign workers working at the company join the trade union; each year organize at least 2 cultural - sports activities at the company level.

Speaking at the congress, comrade Nguyen Thi Minh Ngoc, Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, acknowledged and commended the outstanding results achieved by the Company's Trade Union during the past term, especially in taking care of the material and spiritual life of nearly 30,000 union members and workers.

He suggested that the company's Trade Union Executive Committee continue to promote digital transformation in union member management; professionalize negotiation and dialogue skills, and sign collective labor agreements with the goal of gradually increasing terms that are beneficial to union members; increase sharing activities, support workers in difficult circumstances, and further enhance the position and role of trade unions in enterprises.

Here, the congress announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Labor Federation to appoint 23 members of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union, 3 members of the Inspection Committee of the Company's Trade Union for the 3rd term, 2025 - 2030 term. Ms. Tran Thi Chi, President of the Company's Trade Union for the 2nd term, was appointed to continue to hold the position of President of the Company's Trade Union for the 3rd term.
