With a focus on workers, during this peak month, the Ninh Hoa Ward Trade Union will concentrate on implementing many practical activities to care for the material and spiritual lives of its members and workers. Accordingly, grassroots trade unions will promote the active participation of members in proposing initiatives and solutions for digital transformation in the workplace, contributing to improved labor efficiency and promoting innovation in agencies, units, and businesses.
In addition, the ward's Trade Union, in coordination with various units and businesses, organizes visits and gift-giving to union members facing difficult circumstances, those who have suffered work accidents, or those with occupational diseases; it also implements programs such as "Thank You to the Workers" and "Trade Union Meal," contributing to strengthening the bond between the trade union organization and its members and workers. Workplace safety and hygiene are also emphasized through increased application of science and technology, monitoring work processes to prevent work accidents, improving working conditions, and ensuring a safe working environment.

On this occasion, the Provincial Labor Federation and the Ninh Hoa Ward Labor Union awarded 10 support grants, each worth 1 million VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, those who have suffered work accidents or occupational diseases; presented 30 gifts to members of the Ninh Hoa Motorbike Taxi Union and 10 union shirts to 10 newly admitted union members.
