According to the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Union, after 4 days of mobilization, the unit has received about 420 tons of goods including rice, instant noodles, drinking water, candy, medicine, clothes, blankets, etc. The Ho Chi Minh City Labor Union forces have organized classification, packaging and loading onto trucks and containers to transport to flood-affected areas. The total amount of goods transported is up to 380 tons; about 40 tons are still being loaded, expected to depart for the provinces at 8:00 p.m. tonight.

Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union is still receiving contributions from grassroots trade unions, businesses and philanthropists.
Many export manufacturing enterprises in the old Binh Duong area have actively responded to the call of the Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and the Ho Chi Minh City Trade Union, organizing donations and joining hands to support people in flood-affected areas.

In Di An ward, workers of Pungkook Saigon II Co., Ltd. collected clothes, washed them, folded them and packed them carefully before moving them to the collection point. In Ben Cat ward, the Trade Union of Tans Vietnam Co., Ltd. also carried out donation activities, mobilizing workers to contribute money and goods to send practical gifts, sharing difficulties with people in flood-affected areas.
