This event marks a new step in the strategy to expand the ecosystem and promote interdisciplinary cooperation models between media, entertainment, technology, and tourism in Vietnam within the cultural industry sector.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Dinh Ba Thanh, founding chairman of DatVietVAC, said that the cooperation between Saigontourist Group and DatVietVAC is inevitable in creating a new home for the experience economy .
According to the signed agreement, DatVietVAC and Saigontourist Group have agreed to establish a comprehensive strategic partnership to maximize the strengths of both parties in infrastructure, content, operations, and customer ecosystems to develop a large-scale cultural, tourism, and entertainment ecosystem in the future.

The two businesses will research and develop several key cooperation models in Ho Chi Minh City, including "Ho Chi Minh City Cultural Space in the Digital Age," LED screen touchpoints, exhibition and event centers, art and music performance venues, and artist museums at locations within the DatVietVAC and Saigontourist Group systems.
The two sides will leverage projection infrastructure, content, and cultural touchpoints; organize festivals, concerts, fan meetings, Lunar New Year flower streets, and many other international-scale cultural and entertainment events.
Communication activities, tourism promotion, trade, sponsorship, and related advertising also fall within the scope of strategic cooperation between the two businesses.

The combination of the two businesses will form a new synergistic ecosystem, where DatVietVAC's content, artists, and fan community are expanded into tourism, entertainment, and cultural experiences; while also helping Saigontourist Group add new products and customer segments linked to the growing demand for cultural and entertainment experiences and consumption among the younger generation.
Through this collaboration, Saigontourist Group's strengths in infrastructure, operations, and service networks will become the foundation for DatVietVAC to expand experiential entertainment, concert tourism, fan economy, and 360-degree IP exploitation activities.
Conversely, DatVietVAC's content creation capabilities, community engagement, and cultural influence will contribute to refreshing the tourism and service experience, increasing the value of destinations and activities of Saigontourist Group.
Collaborating with Saigontourist Group not only expands DatVietVAC's ecosystem connectivity capabilities but also creates a foundation for the company to develop both B2B and D2C simultaneously.
"We expect the synergy between content, user communities, and tourism-service infrastructure to open up new growth models for the cultural industry in Vietnam," said Mr. Dao Van Kinh, General Director of DatVietVAC.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Hoa, Chairwoman of the Board of Members of Saigontourist Group, the cooperation with DatVietVAC - a leading unit in the media content creation industry and a pioneer in the cultural industry - is a strategic synergy for sustainable development.
Saigontourist will collaborate with DatVietVAC to develop specific products and services, promoting the cultural identity and invaluable resources of the nation on a technological and content-creating platform.
The cultural industry is gradually becoming a new growth engine for the economy, and the connection between leading businesses in the industry is also seen as an important step in gradually internationalizing Vietnamese cultural values and image, expanding the influence of Vietnamese culture globally.
The seven-year cooperation agreement is expected to create a sufficiently long foundation for both sides to implement large-scale cooperation models, leverage the synergistic effects between the two ecosystems, and gradually form new, sustainable growth drivers.
