Recognition of Phuc Tu Tay Model New Rural Residential Area

Phuc Tu Tay village has an area of ^72km2 , 459 households with 1,886 people. People live mainly on agricultural production and small trade; average income per capita is 72 million VND/year.

With the determination to complete the goal of achieving a model new rural residential area by the end of 2024, up to now, Phuc Tu Tay village has achieved remarkable results. Traffic routes and 1,100m of irrigation canals and internal traffic have basically been concreted to meet standards. 100% of residential houses meet the standards prescribed by the Ministry of Construction .

The village has 404/459 household gardens, with an average area of ^750m2 ; 190/205 households have livestock barns that meet technical standards, use biogas tanks that do not cause pollution, and ensure environmental hygiene. The residential area has 100% of households participating in implementing the regulations on cleaning village roads and alleys. Security and order in the area are guaranteed.

The application of information technology in propaganda, mobilization, management and operation of residential areas has made many advances, meeting the requirements of digital transformation in the current period. The village has been recognized and maintained the title of "Cultural Village" continuously from 2016 to present...

At the festival, Phuc Tu Tay village organized practical activities to promote the tradition of great national unity. Hoan Lao commune announced and awarded the decision to recognize Phuc Tu Tay village as a model new rural residential area.
