Phu Tho The exam site was deeply flooded after heavy rain, forcing many candidates in Cam Khe district to take trucks and traffic police cars to complete procedures.
On the afternoon of June 27, Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Phu Tho, said that early this afternoon, in Cam Khe district, there was localized heavy rain, causing flooding in some areas, including the entrance gate to the Phuong Xa High School exam site.
Mr. Manh said that Phuong Xa school gate is low and near a ditch, so when it rained heavily, it flooded. The water level at that time was as high as a truck's wheel. The school yard and classrooms were not flooded.

Cam Khe District Police, Youth Union, commune militia and local people were mobilized to use small trucks and traffic police cars to support candidates to enter the exam site to complete procedures.
"This afternoon, all the candidates gathered to listen to the rules. We have a plan in case there is flooding tomorrow," said Mr. Manh.
Cam Khe District Police said the water at the school gate has receded. The surrounding wall has been broken down to create a separate path for candidates to take the exam tomorrow. "We will ensure that students can enter the exam safely, even if they have to carry them," said a district police representative.
According to the Phu Tho Department of Education and Training, the locality has 39 high school graduation exam sites with 15,874 candidates.
