The Son La Urban Environment and Services Company currently has over 600 cadres, employees, and workers providing urban public services. In 2025, the company's production and business activities are expected to remain stable; pre-tax revenue is estimated at over 270 billion VND, an increase of 16.2% compared to 2024; pre-tax profit is estimated at nearly 3.8 billion VND, an increase of 27.3% compared to 2024; after- tax profit is expected to exceed 3 billion VND, an increase of 31.4% compared to 2024; and the company will contribute over 26 billion VND to the State budget. Employment and income stability will be ensured for cadres, employees, and workers, with an average income of 9 million VND per person per month, an increase of 7.1% compared to 2024…

The company's affiliated units signed a competition agreement for 2026.

Building on the achievements of the past year, in 2026, the Company will continue to enhance the benefits for the unit, shareholders, and employees. It will preserve and develop state capital and assets in the enterprise; increase accumulation and develop production and business, especially in non-service development in areas where the Company has significant advantages and prestige. It will mobilize and utilize resources to organize production and business effectively. The goal is to achieve at least a 10% revenue growth compared to 2025. The aim is to maximize profits, improve working conditions, enhance income and the material and spiritual well-being of employees, and ensure maximum benefits for shareholders. The Company will fulfill all obligations to the state budget, contributing to building a bright, green, clean, beautiful, and modern Son La province.
