On November 28, the People's Committee of Gia Lai province awarded the investment registration certificate for the project of Cultural, Sports , Entertainment, Recreational Area combining Trade, Services, and Tourism 1 to Blooming Sky Company Limited of "K-pop master" Lee Soo Man.
It is known that the project of Cultural, Sports, Entertainment, Recreational Area combined with Trade, Services and Tourism 1 has an area of 308 hectares, with an investment scale of nearly 2,600 billion VND, located in Cat Tien commune.
The project includes golf course items, works serving the management, operation, exploitation, use, business of golf courses and accommodation and service facilities for golfers.
Project implementation progress from the third quarter of 2025 to 2030. In which, investment to put into trial operation of area 1 will be completed in 2028 and investment in area 2 will be completed in 2030.
Mr. Thai Dai Ngoc, Secretary of Gia Lai Provincial Party Committee, said the project opens up a breakthrough development direction, integrating culture, tourism, sports and high-end commercial services, putting Gia Lai on the map of top destinations nationally and internationally.
The project will turn the Cat Tien coastal area into a growth pole, attract high-quality investment, and improve the province's overall competitiveness on the international tourism map.
Mr. Ngoc hopes the project will become a model of Vietnamese-Korean cultural exchange, a cultural and artistic center of regional stature in Asia.
Not only attracting tourists but also attracting events, world-leading entertainment and sports brands. Becoming a place to organize festivals, professional tournaments and diverse cultural experiences.

Mr. Pham Anh Tuan, Chairman of Gia Lai Provincial People's Committee, informed that this is a special project, focusing on building and developing the cultural industry, becoming a place to organize major music festivals and leading music and art events.
According to Mr. Lee Soo Man - co-chairman of the board of directors of Blooming Sky Company Limited, the world is witnessing the explosion of the entertainment industry, especially the music festival model with huge economic value.
This is a new growth driver, contributing directly to national tourism, services, trade and communications.
The project will form a comprehensive entertainment - festival - creative ecosystem, including: large-scale, international-standard music festival space; cultural - art festival area with strong local identity; diverse daytime sports - tourism - experience activities; accommodation, commercial, culinary and entertainment technology services.
The goal of this project is to make Gia Lai province a destination for world music festivals. A place where international music festivals can be organized according to the current pioneering model.
