
The course attracted nearly 300 students who are managers, engineers, employees of departments and production teams of the Company. During 3 days (November 26-28), students were equipped with a basic knowledge system on artificial intelligence; communication skills and working with AI through the Prompt Engineering method; and at the same time, they became familiar with popular tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Leonardo, Kling, Vbee, Suno... to serve the work of management, file processing, customer care and business process optimization.
In addition to theory, experts guided students to practice applying AI to each specialized area of the departments and teams: supporting technical data analysis, optimizing business operations, customer service, building smart processes, automating reports, etc. In particular, the class also introduced the "AI teaching assistant" model to support engineers, technical staff and leaders in building professional assistants in handling civil electrical incidents, assessing risks and improving electrical safety.
Through the training program, Ha Tinh Electricity Company aims to optimize leadership and management; help officers and employees shorten operating time, limit errors, improve initiative and adaptability to the modernization requirements of the electricity industry.
