Chu Prong Rubber One Member Co., Ltd. currently has 7 production teams responsible for planting, caring for and exploiting rubber latex, along with 2 factories including: Processing and transportation, wood processing and 1 Medical Center.

The Company's units are located in more than 80 villages and hamlets, including places with difficult traffic conditions and potentially complicated political security and social order and safety situations.

Therefore, in addition to improving the quality of life for staff, workers and employees, the Company pays special attention to consolidating and strengthening national defense and security. In particular, building a quality, strong and widespread self-defense force is considered a key factor to complete the common task.

Currently, the Company's self-defense force has 105 comrades, of which the Company's Military Command has 4 comrades. According to the instructions of the superiors, the self-defense force is organized into 5 squads, including: On-site self-defense force, mobile self-defense force, 12.7mm anti-aircraft machine gun self-defense force...

Mr. Tran Thai Son, General Director of the Company, said: "To successfully complete production and business tasks, military and defense work always receives special attention from the unit.

This is an important condition for the Company to develop sustainably. Therefore, in recent times, the Company has always prioritized building and consolidating the self-defense force, while ensuring support regimes during training and other rear policies.

Currently, the Company's self-defense force is fully staffed according to regulations. The total number of cadres and party members in the force is 41 comrades. Every year, the Company's Party Committee has a specialized resolution on national defense and military work, and at the same time, the Military Command plans to build the force and train self-defense, ensuring 100% of the troops participate, on time, with content and quality.

Commanding officers from squad leaders and battery leaders and above regularly participate in military and political training courses organized by the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group in coordination with the province and defense zones, thanks to which the all-round level of officers and soldiers is constantly improved.

Stick to the area, ready for the mission

The company currently has more than 1,600 staff, of which ethnic minorities account for more than 60%. The company's production and business area is near the border area, where many ethnic minorities are concentrated.

Over the years, the militia has always excellently fulfilled its tasks of ensuring national defense and security, protecting gardens, production teams and areas.

Mr. Le Thanh Nam, Squad Leader of the On-Site Self-Defense Squad, shared that, in addition to professional duties, we are always on duty to protect the unit's area and assets, and are ready to mobilize to carry out rescue missions when needed.

As self-defense soldiers, we are always deeply aware of the task of protecting the area and assets of the unit. On-duty work is maintained seriously and closely, protecting the assigned targets well.

To carry out their tasks well, the self-defense force regularly coordinates with the militia and police of the communes where the unit is located to organize patrols, propagate and mobilize people to actively participate in the movement of All people protecting national security, contributing to maintaining social order and safety in residential areas.

The Company's Military Command has advised the Party Committee and leaders to sign a coordination regulation with the commune police and border guards where the Company's rubber plantations are located to promptly exchange information, grasp the situation, and handle incidents occurring in the area, contributing to maintaining political security and social order.

Mr. Le Ngoc Linh, Deputy Commander of the Company's Military Command, said: "The process of selecting forces is carefully considered in terms of political qualities and ethics. In training, the units do a good job of building lesson plans and training according to the motto "Concise, strong, widespread" and "Basic, practical, quality".

The annual training results are 100% satisfactory. The self-defense team is educated and trained to improve their political capacity, work with peace of mind, and receive and excellently complete assigned tasks.
