However, with the proposal of many suitable and practical solutions, the business situation of Yen Bai Petroleum Company has achieved many important results.

According to the assessment of the leaders of Yen Bai Petroleum Company, 2024 is a year in which the world continues to have many political and economic fluctuations; in the country, natural disasters, storms and floods are unusual; the petroleum market has strong competition while there are few new projects in the area... which has greatly affected the Company's petroleum sales output.
Faced with the above difficulties, Yen Bai Petroleum Company proactively re-evaluated market demand, classified customer groups; balanced resources, had flexible sales policies to ensure the actual situation at each time, focused on finding and developing new customers, especially retail customers at stores... Therefore, by the end of 2024, the output of gasoline and oil sales reached 63,060 m3, tons, equal to 105% of the plan, total sales revenue was estimated at 1,153,549 million VND, paid to the state budget over 106 billion VND, average income per capita of the whole company reached 13.9 million VND/person/month.
Mr. Bui Dang Toan - Deputy Director of Yen Bai Petroleum Company said: "To achieve the above results, in recent times, the Company has always promoted market and sales activities, including strengthening marketing activities, searching and developing new customers, especially retail customers at stores, to expand market share and increase revenue. At the same time, improve the quality of management and operation by improving management, direction, consulting and checking the production and business situation".
Along with that, Yen Bai Petroleum Company always promptly resolves and handles problems and has policies to encourage sales such as supporting costs exceeding production capacity, transportation costs, implementing preferential selling prices, implementing tank and pump investment policies for traditional customers, regularly grasping information, doing a good job of customer care, implementing good commercial civilization and the 5-step sales process prescribed by the Petroleum Group.
For affiliated stores, Yen Bai Petroleum Company always closely directs the serious implementation in evaluating strengths, limitations and shortcomings, on that basis, establishes business organization plans and sales plans suitable to reality, focusing on "retaining" old customers and "increasing" new customers.
In 2024, Petrolimex Store No. 33 sold 4,335m3 of gasoline and oil, equal to 112% of the plan.
Mr. Hoang Quoc Dung - Head of Petrolimex Store No. 33 shared: "Under the direct guidance of Yen Bai Petroleum Company, our store is always proactive in building a reasonable business strategy, organizing continuous service with good quality. During the year, the store's gasoline sales output reached 4,335m3, tons, equal to 112% of the plan."
Like Store No. 33, in 2024, many stores under the Company completed progress beyond the plan and grew strongly compared to the same period, typically: Petrolimex - Store 05, Petrolimex - Store 20, Petrolimex - Store 21, Petrolimex - Store 28, Petrolimex - Store 33, Petrolimex - Store 34, Petrolimex - Store 36...
As of December 31, 2024, the province has 77 petroleum trading enterprises and 2 distributors with a system of 130 petroleum stations, of which Yen Bai Petroleum Company has 36 petroleum stations, accounting for 27.7% and 1 unit is the Company's TNNQ customer. Up to now, the market share of petroleum consumption of Yen Bai Petroleum Company accounts for 48% of the total consumption demand in the province.
Promoting the achieved results, in 2025, Yen Bai Petroleum Company will continue to improve the quality of management and direction; strengthen marketing and market activities, search and develop new customers, especially retail customers at stores; promote business in goods other than petroleum (gas, grease, lubricants, detergents, paints and insurance) to increase business efficiency; have flexible and appropriate policies to maintain market share and increase sales output... strive to fully complete the planning targets assigned by the Vietnam Petroleum Group.
