On June 8, 2024, Linh Phong Construction Investment & Development Joint Stock Company handed over the house ownership certificates (apartment ownership certificates) to the first residents at Conic Riverside apartment complex (Lot 13B, Conic Residential Area, Ward 7, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City), according to the committed schedule.

Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Van Thi Thanh, Deputy General Director of Linh Phong Construction Investment & Development Joint Stock Company - Conic said that the handover of land use right certificates, house ownership rights and assets attached to land (pink books) to residents is one of the important events of Conic company, demonstrating its commitment to customers in ensuring the legality of the product.
In this handover, the company handed over 96 pink books for apartments in the Conic Riverside project, according to the handover results from the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City. It is expected that more than 664 long-term owned apartments in the project will receive pink books from now until September 2024.
