Concretizing the planning of 329 ha industrial park in Soc Son

The Hanoi People's Committee has just decided to approve the task of the Zoning Plan for the construction of Soc Son Clean Industrial Park, with a scale of more than 329 hectares.

On January 6, 2025, Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 45/QD-UBND approving the Task of the zoning plan for the construction of Soc Son Clean Industrial Park, scale 1/2000.

According to Decision No. 45/QD-UBND, the scale of the planning study is about 329.9 hectares, within the administrative boundaries of Minh Tri and Tan Dan communes (Soc Son district, Hanoi).

The planning objective is to specify the planning of industrial zones in Vietnam; The master plan for the construction of Hanoi Capital to 2030, with a vision to 2050 approved by the Prime Minister and the orientation for adjusting the master plan of the Capital to 2045, with a vision to 2065; The master plan for the construction of Soc Son district approved by the City People's Committee; The project to establish 02 - 05 new industrial zones in the period of 2021 - 2025 of the Hanoi People's Committee.

Forming a clean industrial park, creating job opportunities for local people and neighboring areas, reducing pressure on employment and economy in the area; contributing to making Soc Son district an industrial center capable of integrating with the region and the world, attracting investment from domestic and foreign enterprises, enhancing competition and contributing to the economic development of the country in general and the region in particular.
