Concretizing the planning of a 300ha cleaner industrial park in Soc Son district

Perspective of Soc Son Clean Industrial Park.

According to Decision No. 45 of Hanoi People's Committee, the location for studying the task of planning the construction of Soc Son Clean Industrial Park is located in the administrative boundaries of Minh Tri and Tan Dan communes of Soc Son district ( Hanoi ). The scale of the planning study is about 323.9 hectares.

The planning objective is to specify the Planning for the development of industrial zones in Vietnam; the General Planning for the construction of Hanoi Capital to 2030, with a vision to 2050 and the orientation for adjusting the General Planning of the Capital to 2045, with a vision to 2065.

Specify the investment policy of the project to invest in building technical infrastructure for Soc Son Clean Industrial Park approved by the Prime Minister on the basis of inheriting and adjusting the detailed planning project for building clean industrial park area (scale 1/2000) approved in 2013 to comply with current regulations on industrial parks.

The planning also aims to form a clean industrial park, creating job opportunities for local people and neighboring areas, reducing pressure on employment and economy in the area; contributing to making Soc Son district an industrial center capable of integrating with the region and internationally...

The Hanoi People's Committee assigns the unit organizing the preparation and submission of the planning project to be responsible for implementing it in accordance with current State regulations on organizing the preparation and submission of planning for approval; organizing the collection of opinions from relevant agencies, organizations, individuals and communities on the zoning planning project in accordance with regulations.
