On the morning of November 28, comrade Nguyen Van Phu, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Principal of To Hieu Political School, and delegation group No. 4 of the City People's Council met with voters of Nam Sach, Thai Tan, Tran Phu, Hop Tien and An Phu communes.
At the meeting, in addition to the positive results, voters reflected on many issues directly related to people's lives. One of the contents of interest was the field of environmental resources.
Many voters expressed concern that the filling of public ponds and lakes has made flooding in some areas increasingly serious, affecting production and people's lives. Notably, some areas of filled ponds and lakes are still granted "red books", causing people to wonder about the land management and use process.

Voters also proposed to improve the regime for the elderly, increase allowances for environmental sanitation workers, and ensure appropriate treatment for the heavy workload. Many opinions suggested that the city pay more attention to social security, educational facilities, historical relic preservation, improving the rural environment, upgrading transport infrastructure, and ensuring grid safety. Some projects implemented in villages have not been fully informed to the people, causing frustration and difficulties in monitoring and participating in community management.
The City People's Council delegation received all voters' opinions and synthesized them to forward to competent agencies and units for timely consideration and resolution.
