Voter Vo Minh Trieu from Xuan Phong neighborhood suggested that the province should prioritize investing in infrastructure for Binh Thuan ward. In particular, he requested the construction of an administrative center to meet the development requirements of the new phase, and the prompt renovation of the flood drainage canal in Xuan Phong neighborhood.

Voter Tran Trung Kien from Xuan Hoa neighborhood requested that relevant authorities pay attention to planning residential roads; address the flooding situation in Xuan Hoa neighborhood during the rainy season; and invest more in personnel, medicine, and equipment for local health stations to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment for the people.

In addition, many voters suggested that the province should soon issue regulations on architectural management to create a stable basis for granting construction permits that are in line with planning, contributing to creating favorable conditions for people to invest in economic development. Voters also proposed removing difficulties related to land; paying more attention to policies for people with meritorious service and the elderly; supporting house repairs for poor households and people with meritorious service to the revolution; dredging flood drainage canals in Xuan Phong neighborhood and investing in a clean water supply pipeline system to serve people in some residential areas...
During the meeting, local government leaders and heads of specialized departments explained and answered many questions within their jurisdiction.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Hong Sy acknowledged and highly appreciated the sense of responsibility and the heartfelt and practical opinions of the voters regarding the development of Binh Thuan ward.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee received and responded to, explaining some of the opinions and suggestions of local voters. Regarding the flooding situation in some residential areas, he stated that resolving this issue requires a comprehensive, synchronized approach and a long-term roadmap. In the short term, the locality needs to coordinate with the people to implement solutions to address the problem step by step.
Regarding the proposal for housing support for disadvantaged households, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that localities conduct a thorough review and mobilize social resources to support the construction of housing for people in difficult circumstances. The support must ensure that the households have legal land use rights as stipulated by law.
Regarding the proposal to build the Binh Thuan Ward Administrative Center, Comrade Dang Hong Sy stated that the province is very interested, but the investment will be implemented according to a roadmap, prioritizing localities with many difficulties and pressing issues. He also requested that the locality proactively work with and propose solutions such as exchanging suitable facilities to meet the conditions and requirements for future development…
